along interstate 80. let's take a look at a google earth map of the area. right now the richmond station, which is here in the middle of the city, is the northern most stop on the richmond-fremont bart line. the idea would be to extend that line to the north parrell to the path of nearby interstate 80. along that route, new bart stations could be added in san pablo here near the richmond hilltop shopping centers... further north in pinole... and there could even be service all the way to hercules... if not further... now, none of this is even close to being a done deal. i spoke with a bart spokeperson today who said that this is just one of many ideas and projects the transit agency is considering. there are no artist renderings, no engineering plans... at this point this is only an idea. it's not, however, a new idea, this has been explored before but never followed through on. if the bart board does decide to finally move forward with extending service to the north it would be a long, long process. the transit agency would have to secure funding, acquire land to build the new rail line

shows us the new route. >> this is a google earth look along highway one just south of pacifica. this stretch of road is known as devil's slide. the highway here has been plagued for decades by ground, but on of march 26th this mile and half long stretch of roadway will be permanently closed to traffic. and cars traveling on highway one will be re- routed through a pair of twin tunnels that bypass devils slide altogether. to the north, highway one will closed down here and traffic will be transferred onto a pair of new bridges that lead to and from the tunnels.. which enter the mountain here... each tunell will have a single 12 foot wide travel lane with shoulders on each side. once cars enter the tunnels they will travel about 4/5ths of mile underneath this mountain before reconnecting with highway one on the other side, completely bypassing the old roadway. the bypass tunnels have been 8 years in the making with a price tag of 439 millions dollars. in the newsroom, charles clifford kron 4 news. >> drivers who commute across the golden gate bridge are in for major changes next

bring up a google image of the overall scale and kind of city scape from the neighborhood, i think the neighbors are very well and accurately presenting that all buildings are of similar height and sloping roof line which basically actuates knob hill. to the outlying areas. i happen to live around noe valley and i'm watching google take over. buses that transport people back and forth and i look at that and say much like what happened to the castro area, the older people who lived there got pushed out by gays. what happens' happening now is we're having a similar pushing out to the out skirts, people who are no longer young, who are no longer perhaps working, who are no longer breeding among other things, but who do need the kinds of services that i think this task force is, you know, brought together to speak to and address. ~ and as i said, i can bring new blood to this. i have not worked deeply in the political zone and i feel as though i both missed something and avoided something. so, for my part at this time in my life, i'd like to take some of my time and put it toward that. i'm not about to retire, but i do want to change a little bit of the proportion of what i'm doing in terms of my work and my commitments. and from having been through you name it to women's rights, thea rights, the other rights, when i went back to school, to law sc

just go to google search and put in, you know, hot girl, graffiti girl, we have one that has -- a picture -- was it your presentation that had the picture of the girl with that tagging on the side of her? there's tons of that out there. just grab one. just drop it out where her face ain't showing. once they see that picture right there, woo, i like it. you're going to get more and more that way. you also get some other things that go along with that. okay. we had a 56 year old man try to pick me up.
